CAES Helpline

CAES employees have the responsibility to report in good faith, known or suspected violations of the laws, rules, regulations and CAES policies and to support our compliance professionals. There is no penalty for doing so and it can be done without fear of reprisal or retaliation.

Our Commitment

CAES is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Business Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

CAES is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. Other resources available to you include: your Ethics Champion, Human Resources; the Ethics and Compliance Officer, and our CAES Helpline.

The Helpline is operated by an independent third-party, and uses the EthicsPoint system designed for employees to be able to report any violation of our stated Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Policies or other concerns. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.

We believe that our employees are our most important asset. By creating open channels of communication, we can promote a positive work environment and maximize productivity. An effective reporting system will supplement our other efforts to foster a culture of integrity and good ethical decision-making

All reports made in good faith are taken seriously and there is zero tolerance for retaliation. If you feel that you are being retaliated against for making a report, please contact Human Resources or the Ethics and Compliance Office, or submit another Helpline report.

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE CLASSIFIED INFORMATION IN YOUR REPORT. CONTACT YOUR FACILITY SECURITY OFFICER IF THERE HAS BEEN OR MAY HAVE BEEN AN UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION
